Villa Altes 6

Villa Altes 6 is located in Kalkan’s Central Area, within a 5-minute walk of the city center. The sea view welcomes you the moment you enter the villa from the main entrance of the villa consisting of 3 floors. There is also a bedroom on this floor. The elevator, which is an alternative to the stairs, allows all age groups to move comfortably between floors. The kitchen and three-storey high living area on the lower floor completely open to the infinity pool and sea view.

Located on the same level, Villa Altes 4, Villa Altes 5, Villa Altes 2, Villa Altes 3 and Villa Altes 6 are placed in such a way that they do not obstruct each other’s sea view. The reflections of the stained glass in the skylights add a movement and color to the high gross concrete walls of the hall that changes every hour of the day. Badminton net and rackets are also available.

Kitchen : There is a modern American kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-stove hob, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, 12-person dinner set, spoon and fork set and glasses. There is a dining table and a seating area for 8 people. Also on this floor; In addition to a utility room with iron and ironing board, there is also a guest bathroom.

Hall : There is an air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink in the living room and there is an exit to the pool side. The hall is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is another very large viewing terrace for relaxation and sunbathing. There is a sitting group, table and chair in this area.

1st Bedroom : 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom, bathtub and toilet. It opens to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.

2nd Bedroom : 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has sea view and balcony.

3rd Bedroom : 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet are on the living room floor. It is located on the pool floor and has a door opening to the pool.

4. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. Exit to the large terrace with sea and mountain views.

Pool Dimensions : 14 meters x 2.5 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure : A damage deposit of 200 pounds  is required prior to entry for Villa Altes-6. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss or loss. Instead of 1,000 TL for your payment; It is possible for you to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on the current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information : New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who will leave should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the departure at 10:00 until the new entrance at 16:00, our villa will be completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation : Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests coming by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we ask you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land or with their own vehicles, we send the location and directions, if requested, by us.
