Our conservative villa for rent in Kas Gökseki area is a new 3 bedroom villa with magnificent sea and nature view. Our villa is located close to the center of Kas and the beaches, and you can provide transportation whenever you want. Our villa is located in Gökseki, one of the cutest neighborhoods of Kaş, and promises you a peaceful holiday with your family. It is 2 km from our villa to the nearest Akca Stretching beach.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 150 pounds is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest. Since our villa has a location in nature, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility, it is quite natural.

Eyebrow; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is necessary to go uphill. Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please comply with the entry and exit times of the villa.
