Our villa, which stands out with its magnificent panoramic sea view, offers its guests a wonderful holiday opportunity. It is an ideal villa for honeymooners and conservative families. Villa Arma is a suitable option for our guests who want to spend a holiday away from sight. The villa has been designed with all the details in mind. There is a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, cinema room (Android TV and 5+1 sound system are available).

Bedrooms 1.Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi in the suite bedroom.

Living Room: In the living room, which is integrated with the sea and nature view, there is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern American Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot etc. kitchen equipment, dining set for 4 people.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Pool dimensions; It is 3.20 x 8.00 m and the depth is 1.50 m. Garden: In the private garden, there is a private swimming pool, a sunbathing area, 2 sun loungers, an umbrella, a dining table for 4 people and a barbecue.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; It is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.
