NOTE : Villa Makri is located next to Villa Azmira. It is a good alternative for crowded families who want to rent villas in adjacent locations.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner and laundry room. There is also a large and spacious terrace for common use with the next room. (Penthouse)

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and a side room and a large and spacious terrace for common use. (Penthouse)

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom/WC and a large private balcony.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning and a private bathroom/WC and a large private balcony.

Living Room: There is a stylish sitting group, plasma TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people in the living room. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside. There is also a communal WC on the living room floor.

Extras: Hammock, garden seating, table tennis, table football

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, tea maker (kettle), pans & pots, cutlery.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 4 x 8 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There are 4 sun loungers and 1 swing by the pool.

Garden: There is a private pool in the private garden. There is also a dining table and barbecue/barbecue in the garden of our villa.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in our villa. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

General note for all villas in Ölüdeniz region: Infrastructure works can be done periodically in Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

Damage deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1500 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, your deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: The villa pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm ’Wide Angle Lens’ in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

The price for 2021 has been updated.

It is 8400 TL per week on 01 - 12 May.

It is 17500 TL per week on 15 - 30 June.

It is 28.000 TL per week during the feast of sacrifice (17 - 24 July).

It is 20650 TL per week on 01 - 10 September.
