Villa Beyaz is located in the world-famous holiday resort of Antalya, Kalkan, Kızıltaş. There is a private garden and a sheltered private pool in the villa. It has a fascinating sea view. It offers a calm and serene holiday in nature away from the noise and chaos of the city. Villa Beyaz includes all home decoration items and is in the comfort of a five-star hotel. Our master suite room has a round bed and an indoor pool with a heated jacuzzi. Right next to the villa is the 5-bedroom Villa Sultan Evi. By renting 2 villas at the same time, the accommodation capacity can reach 20 people. Villa Beyaz Kalkan is located in an area with the most beautiful sea and Kalkan views. It has a magnificent sea view. Our villa, which is a triplex structure, has 5 suite rooms, one of which is a master suite.

NOTE: An extra 50 pounds cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 1 week.

Note: The dimensions of the inner pool of our villa are 4 m in length; width 2 m; depth is 1 m. The pool will be heated free of charge from October 1 to May 15.

Bedrooms: Suite bedrooms have sea view and air conditioning. There are clean linens and towels in the bedroom.

3. Bedroom (1st Floor): Suite room. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom, hair dryer and balcony with sea view.

4. Bedroom (Terrace Floor): Suite room. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom, hair dryer.

5. Bedroom (Terrace Floor): Suite room. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom, hair dryer.

Living Room: The living room is air conditioned and has a sea view. There is a vacuum cleaner, modern sitting group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD Player, iron, ironing board and sink in the elegantly decorated living room. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The lounge is on the pool floor.

Kitchen : It is a modern American kitchen with sea view. It includes a water dispenser, dishwasher, cutlery, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, built-in oven, electric kettle, toaster, pan and pot set, dinner set for 10 people and a dining table. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Garden: The garden and pool maintenance and cleaning of the villa with a private garden is done by the staff once a day. The garden has a barbecue, dining table and chairs, parasol, pool and sun loungers.

Pool: There is a private sheltered swimming pool in the garden. Pool dimensions; length 12.30 m; width, 3.70 m; depth is 1.60 m.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extra: Wireless internet, jacuzzi, baby bed, high chair and steel safe are available.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.

Shield ; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 100 pounds is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.

About Pool Heating: The pool heating system is only available in the INDOOR POOL. The maximum temperature level that indoor pools with heating feature can reach is 30 °C.
