Located in Kalkan Kızıltaş Region, our 3-bedroom, 6-person villa with private swimming pool is close to the center of Kalkan and our beaches. It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Patara and Kaputaş Beaches from our villa. are at a distance. The pool and pool terrace of our villa have enough space for 6 people. It will be an ideal option for families and groups of friends.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet. Our room has a sea view.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet. Our room has a sea view.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: Our large and spacious living room has a seating group, satellite, LCD TV, DVD Player, air conditioner, coffee table, sink and toilet.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, 6-person dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans sets and glasses.

Pool : Private swimming pool and pool terrace with sea view. Pool and garden maintenance is done daily.

Garden: There is a table and chairs for 6 people, 4 sun loungers, barbecue, parasol, private swimming pool in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, 10 minutes from the departure from the villa. The villa/apartment is checked first and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your check-in time to the Villa/Apartment, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

An extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is added for a stay of less than 7 nights. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
