Located within walking distance to Kalkan center and the beach, our villa also has a sea view. There is also a playground for children on the pool terrace of our villa, which has a private swimming pool and a large terrace.

In addition, in the kitchen there are air conditioners, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, kettles, ovens, 4-burner stoves, a large dining table for 8 people, pans, pots, etc. We offer you the opportunity to use kitchen tools.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a stylish seating group, air conditioning, television, internet, satellite, armchair, coffee table, toilet-bathroom will be waiting for you in the hall of Villa EA. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool : The private swimming pool awaits you on the most beautiful days of summer with its sun loungers and umbrellas.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon arrival at the villa, if you do not pay the damage deposit or if it is not paid in full, you can refuse to enter the property.
The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of the rental period.
The purpose of taking the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa in case of any damage or loss.

VILLA ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Standard check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 10:00 respectively unless stated otherwise.
The reason for the arrival and departure times is that the cleaning service team enters the villa and starts cleaning for the new arrival of the guests.
