Villa Emir Patara is a 2 bedroom conservative honeymoon villa located in Kalkan. It has nature views and has a sheltered pool and garden terrace. It is carefully decorated with modern and comfortable items. Villa Emir, where stone and wood are used in its design, has a jacuzzi in one bedroom.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-stove, dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Living room: Sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 4.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Emir Patara is 2500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
