Villa Kanyon Rose, Located in Kas Çukurbağ Region, our villa with breathtaking sea views has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Our villa with modern and luxurious details will be an ideal choice for our guests who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the noise of the city.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, sound system and air conditioner in the living room. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen : The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, table and chair, air conditioner in the room. There is a bathroom and sink in the room.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, table and chair, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner. There is a bathroom and sink in the room.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Kanyon Rose is 150 pounds. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
