Villa Keklik is located in Kalkan Sarıbelen Region. In this region, you can get away from the ongoing shutdowns from the pandemic and the stressful environment of city life and find peace in the full sense. You can also perform all activities in our newly constructed villa. With its stone and wood architecture and the scent of wood in the house since it has just been completed, it captures the great comfort; In the middle of the lush nature, you can spend a great time in its large pool, jacuzzi pool and spacious garden. There is also a garden with a soccer goal, badminton net. Everything you need for your holiday has been thought by Villa Keklik and is ready to provide you with a luxurious and comfortable holiday.

Living Room: Villa Keklik’s lounge has pool view and is air-conditioned. TV, satellite receiver, sitting group, dining table and chairs, bathroom, wc in the living room. and there is a terrace. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Kekik has a modern American kitchen furnished with the latest technology kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-stove, oven, electric kettle (kettle), microwave oven, toaster, pots and pans, 6-person dinner set, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

1st Bedroom: 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, bathroom and toilet in the room. There is also a jacuzzi in the room.
2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and make-up table in the bedroom. There is a bathroom, toilet and air conditioning in the room.

Each bedroom has clean linens, linens and clean towels.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 12 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

A short stay fee of 500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Keklik is 1.000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
