During the day, the pool area is sunny and has a sea view. All rooms of the triplex villa with a capacity of 5 rooms / 10 people are suites and have sea views. The pool is extremely large and there is also a shallow pool and a jacuzzi pool. It will make you feel very special with the interior and exterior architecture, the size of the living space, the elegance of the first class materials and materials used, where you will definitely feel the quality phenomenon.

Bedrooms: It has 5 ensuite bedrooms, each with a sea view. All rooms have sea view.

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. (1st Floor)

5. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. (2nd Floor)

Garden: In the garden, there is a pool, dining table, sitting group with pergola and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols.

Pool: There is a jacuzzi, a private infinity pool and a shallow pool. Pool dimensions width 4 m; length 11 m; depth is 1.65 m. There is a shallow pool and a jacuzzi pool integrated into the main pool.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware for 10 people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Living Room: In the living room, there is an air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group and WC / Washbasin. The living room is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is another very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a seating group, table and chair.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but they are not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras: There is wireless internet in the villa. Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean way. The villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. There are clean bedding and towel sets in the bedrooms. There is a closed parking lot for 2 cars in the villa.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to our guests as clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 250 pounds is required at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
