Kitchen: The villa has a fully equipped American kitchen with all kitchen equipment, where you can find whatever you need. The kitchen has everything that a kitchen should have, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water fountain, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. You can cook any meal you want in this kitchen without looking for any extra kitchen equipment.

Living Room: Specially designed for our guests who care about their comfort, our living room has facilities that will allow you to spend quality time, such as a luxurious seating group, TV and air conditioning. Additionally, our living room has a unique view. This large living room also has an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, bathtub, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: Upon request, £ 250 is requested for indoor pool heating, £ 300 for outdoor pool heating, £ 250 for underfloor heating.

£ 200 additional fee is requested for stays shorter than 7 nights.
