Important Information Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas and apartments, which are located in nature. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools.

Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 100 pounds  is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
