Villa Otantik Located in Kalkan Central area, our villa with 6 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 11 people, close to the center, has nature and sea views. The private swimming pool in our villa allows you to spend a great time on the garden terrace. Our villa is located close to the center of Kalkan and the sea, and it is very easy to reach the sea and the center whenever you want.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with air conditioning. The bedroom has a balcony, 1 bedside table, dressing table, shared bathroom and 2 armchairs that will help you sit and sip your coffee and be enchanted by the view. (Ground floor)

2. Bedroom: The suite is the air-conditioned bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, 2 single beds, bedside tables, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

3. Bedroom: Suite is the family bedroom with air conditioning. The bedroom has 1 double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

4. Bedroom: Suite is the family bedroom with air conditioning. The bedroom has a balcony, 1 double bed, bedside table, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

5. Bedroom: The suite is the air-conditioned bedroom. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, shared bathroom, balcony and table and chair on the balcony. (Terrace floor)

Living Room: In our living room, there is a seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning and fireplace, bathroom/WC, and access to the pool terrace can be provided.

Kitchen: In our spacious kitchen, designed in a modern American kitchen style, we have equipment (pans, pots) to meet all your needs. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, dinner set for 12 people, dining table for 10 people, cutlery, tea, coffee, water glasses. . There is also access to the pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: We have a private sheltered swimming pool, umbrella, 8 sun loungers and a mansion and barbecue to help you have a pleasant time. There is a sun terrace in the well-kept, large and private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 10000 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please comply with the entry and exit times of the villa.
