The world famous holiday resort Antalya is located in Kalkan, and it is 3 minutes away from the center of Kalkan. The summer apartment is tastefully furnished with quality and modern home decorations and has a wonderful view. There is a private swimming pool in the garden of the apartament. One of the 2 bedrooms is a suite bedroom. The bathroom of our other room is in the living room, both of our rooms have access to the pool terrace. There is a wireless modem for guests’ internet needs. There are all necessary kitchen tools and utensils in the kitchen.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: In the air-conditioned bedroom, there is a wardrobe, bedside table, 2 single beds, hair dryer, make-up table. The bathroom and toilet are across the room.

2. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the family bedroom. The suite has a wardrobe, bedside table, 1 double bed, hair dryer, make-up table and bathroom. There is an exit to the terrace from the bedroom.

Living Room : It has sea view. There is a TV, satellite receiver, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink, modem for internet in the large and air-conditioned living room.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in cooker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle kettle, 4-person dinner set, spoon and fork set, pot and pan set, glasses.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool and its length is 7 m x Width 4 m, Depth 1.7 m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening by the staff.

Terrace: Dining table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers, private pool swimming pool in the private garden.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but watching movies and videos, downloading files is not sufficient.

Extras: There is wireless internet in the apartment. Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. The villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. There are clean bedding sets and towel sets in the bedrooms.

Important Information Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found. Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
