Villa Lipstick is very suitable for our guests looking for a peaceful holiday. Our sheltered, conservative, summer rental villa is located in Kalkan Kördere region. Villa Lipstick, which has a wonderful sea view, has been designed very stylishly and comfortably. The pool terrace of our conservative villa, which is full of peace and tranquility, which our honeymoon couples can easily choose, is also sheltered.

NOTE: 15 October - 15 May Pool heating is included in the price.

Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table, hair dryer. There is a very luxurious jacuzzi in the bedroom. You can relieve the tiredness of the day comfortably in this jacuzzi and enjoy your holiday to the fullest with the indoor heated pool.

Living Room : In our living room with sea and nature views, the cozy and comfortable seating group does not make you forget that you are on vacation once again. You can add pleasure to your holiday by chatting with your loved ones with both the unique nature view and our comfortable seating group. There is a dining table for 4 people where you can enjoy a rich holiday menu, satellite and TV (LCD) for you to watch movies that you cannot watch in your daily life, and air conditioning to protect you from the hot air of Kalkan in summer and the cold air in winter.

Kitchen: In the kitchen, where we consider everything to the smallest detail, there is a large, spacious and modern designed American kitchen refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pans and pots, etc. kitchen equipment, dining set for 4 people.

Pool and Garden: There is a private swimming pool in our garden where you can listen to the sound of nature, read your book in silence, have fun with those who accompany you on holiday, and a sunbathing area in our sheltered villa. There are 4 sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. In order to relieve the tiredness of the pool, there is a seating group, a dining table for 4 people and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you in a clean way. Our professional staff cleans once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. is done subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 Turkish Liras is taken at the first entrance to the villa in order to ensure mutual trust. If we do not encounter any damage, broken or lost problems, the villa is checked 10 minutes before your departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day and departure time is 10.00 on the last day. We would like to state in advance that we will not be able to help you if you come to the villa earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the time period in between. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.
