Villa Soveda is our luxury villa with a private beach, located 50 meters from the sea on the Kas Cukurbag peninsula. Villa Soveda, which has 4 bedrooms and 8 people capacity, has a magnificent panoramic sea view. Our villa, which stands out with its comfortable interior, is suitable for crowded families and groups of friends. You can have a pleasant time on the pool terrace with the sunset view.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Soveda is 10000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
