VILLA WHITE HOUSE

Our summer villa is located in Sarıbelen of Kaş. It is one of the quietest villas you can choose for your holiday. The construction of our villa was finished in 2022 and it is one of the new villas of the holiday season. The content of our villa has been thought out to the finest detail for our valued guests and has been elegantly decorated. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and includes a sauna, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool. Thanks to the heated pool and underfloor heating of our villa, it also opens its doors to its guests in the winter season.

KITCHEN: The kitchen of our villa is designed as an American kitchen on the ground floor. Dishwasher, washing machine, dining table for 6 people, tea machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 12 people, cutlery set, glasses etc. all necessary equipment is available in our kitchen.

HALL: The hall of our villa is located on the ground floor. There is a sitting group, coffee table, TV unit, smart TV, air conditioner in our elegantly decorated living room.

1.BEDROOM

Our room, located on the 2nd floor of our villa, opens its doors to the nature view. There is 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning, 1 jacuzzi, TV unit, TV, and sitting area. Our room’s bathroom and dressing room are designed separately. There is a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet.

2.BEDROOM:

Our room, located on the 2nd floor of our villa, opens its doors to the nature view. There is 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning, 1 jacuzzi, TV unit, TV, and sitting area. Our room’s bathroom and dressing room are designed separately. There is a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet.

NOTE: There is a separate washbasin on the ground floor.

CLOSED AREA

There is a heated indoor pool in another area on the ground floor of our villa. There are 2 sun loungers and a coffee table. There is a hammam and sauna section as a separate section.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating is subject to a separate charge and costs 20 pounds per day.

GARDEN: The outdoor swimming pool of our villa is conservative and not visible from the outside. There are 4 sun loungers, a coffee table and 2 umbrellas. A part of the garden is an outdoor dining area and there is a 6-person dining table and a barbecue. The other part of the garden is arranged as an outdoor seating area. In the lawn area of the garden, there is a playground, swing, slide, trampoline, table tennis for children.

Cleaning and  Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done by the staff, for a fee.

NOTE: The underfloor heating system of our villa is activated after October. Underfloor heating is subject to an extra charge.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa White House is 100 pounds. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.

Transportation: Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airports are Muğla Dalaman Airport and Antalya Airport.
