Our villa, which is a good choice for crowded families thanks to its 6-person accommodation capacity, provides you with a comfortable and comfortable holiday with its location advantage. It is a great alternative for our guests who want to enjoy the peninsula and wander around and relax in your private villa.

Next to Villa Aston is Villa Hans. It is a very good alternative for our guests who want to rent villas in adjacent locations.

NOTE: For stays less than 1 week, an extra 500 TL cleaning fee is required.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds and air conditioning in the room.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom/WC in the room.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV and bathroom/WC in the room.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV and shared bathroom/WC in the living room.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes air conditioning, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, 6-person dining table, water dispenser, plates and glasses, cutlery.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool : Special dimensions of our villa; There is a private pool of 8 x 3.5 meters and a depth of 1.8 meters. There are 3 sun loungers, a garden table for 4 people and a barbecue by the pool.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in our villa. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

Damage deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 500 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, your deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
