1. Bedroom: It is the air-conditioned bedroom. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, armchair, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: It is the air-conditioned master suite bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a wardrobe, 1 double bed, a jacuzzi make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet.

Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, dining table and chairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sitting group, iron and ironing board, wireless modem. There is an exit to the poolside from the living room.

Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen with sea view in Villa Alternatif. In the modern kitchen, there is a microwave oven, built-in oven, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, built-in 4-burner stove, dinnerware for 8 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Pool: There is a private pool in the garden of Villa Alternatif. The dimensions of the pool are 8 x 4 m and the depth is 1.60 m. There is also a children’s pool in the pool. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Private Garden: In the private garden of our villa, there is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, garden table and chairs, barbecue, garden sitting group and tennis table.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but watching movies and videos, downloading files is not sufficient.

Extras: Our villa has table tennis and free internet, and it is delivered to our guests in a clean way. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms have air conditioning and two bedrooms have jacuzzis.

Damage deposit 150 pounds.

An extra 70 pounds cleaning fee is added for stays under 7 nights.
