Villa Cape House

Villa Cape House is located on the Kas Cukurbag Peninsula and is located on the seafront with a magnificent view. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and offers accommodation for up to 10 people. 4 of the bedrooms are in the main building and the other bedroom is located on the pool floor and has a separate entrance. Our villa, which has a private swimming pool, does not look much from the outside due to its location, so it is protected by 90 percent. From the pool terrace, you can go down the stairs and use the villa’s own private platform, the beach. Our villa belongs to the beach and only our guests staying in the villa can benefit from it.

5th Bedroom: It is in the room on the pool floor. Suite room, 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, treadmill, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 400 pounds. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
