Villa Sea Garden, our luxury rental villa with sea view in Gökseki area of Kaş, offers you a wonderful holiday with its modern and cute structure. Our villa for rent with 3 bedrooms has a capacity of 6 people and is very suitable for honeymooners and nuclear families. In our rental villa, which you can also choose as a honeymoon villa, all the basic items you may need during your holiday are available and ready for your use. Our villa, which is very close to markets and restaurants, has been carefully designed to offer you a perfect holiday. Our economical rental villa, which has a bright and spacious structure, has its own private swimming pool, sunbathing area, green area, swing, dining table, sitting area and barbecue in the garden. In Villa Sea Garden, our luxury villa for rent close to the sea and the center, you can spend pleasant times with your loved ones accompanied by magnificent nature and sea views and forget all your tiredness. Our villa for rent in nature is only 1.5 km from the beach and only 3 km from the center of Kas.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. In the kitchen, there are microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinnerware, spoon and fork set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, armchair, washbasin. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is another very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a seating group, table and chair.

Pool and Garden: In the garden, there is a pool, a dining table, a sitting group with a pergola and chairs, a swing, barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool and garden cleaning is done daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and  Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 150 pounds is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, 10 minutes from the departure from the villa. The villa/apartment is checked first and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas on the first day is 16.00 in the afternoon, and on the last day the departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your check-in time to the Villa/Apartment, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.
