NOTE: For stays less than 1 week, an extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is required.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, vanity table, wardrobe, plasma TV, air conditioning, bathroom/WC and sea view.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner and bathroom/WC.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom/WC.

Living Room: There is a stylish sitting group and plasma TV in the living room.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, mini oven, 4-burner set, kettle, water dispenser, plates and glasses, cutlery.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool: Our villa has a private pool with dimensions of 8.5 x 4 meters and a depth of 1.8 meters. There are 3 sun loungers, a garden table for 4 people and a barbecue by the pool.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in our villa. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

Damage deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 500 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, your deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
