Villa Kaan 3 is located in the world-famous holiday and diving center Kaş Çukurbağ Peninsula, which is an ideal spot for those who want to spend a holiday in a comfortable villa with a sea view. Our rental villa has an accommodation capacity of eight people. There are four bedrooms, a large and bright living room, and a modern American kitchen in our villa. The stylishly decorated villa has a private swimming pool filled with sea water in its private garden. Villa Kağan 3 is in a quiet location. You can reach the beach by the stairs in the front of our villa. Our guests can enjoy a free holiday in our villa, which is 5 minutes drive from the center of Kas. They can use the villa pool whenever they want, sunbathe on the sun terrace, have a barbecue in the garden, swim in the beaches of Kaş whenever they want, and have a good time in the entertainment venues of Kaş. They meet their food needs in the villa or in Kas restaurants that offer delicious meals.

Bedrooms :

1. Bedroom: It is the air-conditioned bedroom. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a nightstand and a make-up table. The bedroom is on the ground floor.

2. Bedroom: It is the air-conditioned bedroom. There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe and bedside table in the room. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

3. Bedroom: It is the air-conditioned bedroom. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and make-up table. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

4. Bedroom: It is the air-conditioned bedroom. In the bedroom there is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe and bedside table. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

There are clean bedding and towel sets in the bedrooms.

Living Room: Rental Villa Kaan 3 has a magnificent sea view. It is air conditioned. There is a comfortable seating group, table and chairs, iron and ironing board, DVD Player, TV and satellite receiver in the spacious living room. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen with sea view, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinner set for 6 people, oven, toaster, toaster, 4-burner stove, electric kettle (kettle), cutlery, microwave oven, pots and pans and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: 9 m x 4.5 m in the garden; There is a private swimming pool with a depth of 1.7 m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening by the staff.

Garden: In the private garden of Villa Kaan 3, there is a dining table and chairs, a pool, parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but they are not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras: Villa Kaan 3 is delivered to the guests in a clean manner. Villa cleaning is done once a week. There is air conditioning in all rooms and living room.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 100 POUNDS is required at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
