Villa Lavanta is one of our rental villas in Kalkan Lavanta Houses. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. There is a comfortable and peaceful open kitchen concept lounge. Lavanta Houses has a location where you can spend your time in its stylish and authentic structure. Villa Lavanta is a contemporary villa with a classic Mediterranean flair. Located in the private Lavender development above Kalkan, the property benefits from a private infinity pool as well as a communal 25-metre pool located a short walk from the clubhouse restaurant and cocktail bar.

Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs.

Hall : In the hall of our villa; sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table and wireless modem.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken before entering Villa Lavanta. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 noon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.
