Villa London, one of our twin villas located side by side in Kalkan Ortaalan location, is one of our new rental villas, the construction of which was completed in August 2019. Our rental villa, which is one of the most popular villas in Kalkan, attracts attention with its large private pool. The interior and exterior design of our villa is designed in a very modern and stylish way, with 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people. All rooms of our villa have sea view. There is no doubt that you can find the peace you are looking for in our holiday villa, which contains all the equipment you may need during your holiday. The windows of the living room and rooms of our villa are all glass from the ground, allowing you to dominate the view. You can use our villa with indoor swimming pool for your four seasons holidays. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a mini sitting group in the garden of our villa, the garden floor of which is glass-protected. You can rent our rental villa, villa London, alone or together with our side villa, villa Bali, with the same features.

Living Room: The living room floor with sea and nature views is large and spacious and includes a seating group, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and a dining table for 10 people. There is a direct exit from the salan floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa. Pool dimensions: 15 m x 3.5 meters, Depth is 1.50 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be problems caused by internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 250 pounds is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken, lost or damaged, it is returned at the exit. Entry and Exit Information: For all our villas, the check-in time is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you comply with the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer. Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. In all our villas in nature, spraying is done regularly, but still, butterflies, insects, flies etc. is available to be found.

The minimum stay is 7 days during the season.
