Villa Özgen 1 is a 4 bedroom villa for rent in the center of Kalkan with an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It has sea views. It has been carefully designed with modern and comfortable furniture and is just a few minutes’ walk from the sea.

Kitchen: Fully fitted modern American style kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, dining table, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: Designed for your comfort, the living room with a view has a sofa set, TV, air conditioning, coffee table and DVD player.

1st bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bath and toilet.

2nd bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, an air conditioner, a bathroom and a toilet.

3rd bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, an air conditioner, a bathroom and a toilet.

4th bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool dimensions: 14 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee for Villa Özgen Uno is £200. The damage deposit will be charged before entering the villa and will be returned upon leaving the villa. According to the security deposit return policy, there must be no damage, loss, loss or broken property in the villa during the period of use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates for the deposit amount.

Immigration and Departure Information: The check-in time for new guests is 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 10:00 a.m. in any of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our dedicated cleaning team carefully prepares the villas for our other guests. The villas will be delivered ready to our new guests at 4pm.

Transport: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, no public transport can be offered. Our guests who wish to transfer or rent a car can ask our sales consultants for assistance. For our guests who prefer the airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and driving directions for our guests with private vehicles.
