Located in Kördere District of Kalkan, Villa Sunshine has a magnificent view of the Sea. It has been carefully designed with the comfort of large families in mind with its large and useful pool terrace. Our villa is very close to the Center and the Sea. Our Holiday Villa with a capacity of 6 people has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Bedroom Details 1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, Jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table and hair dryer. Toilet and bathroom.

2.Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, hair dryer and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer and bathroom.

Pool Details Sunbathing area, sun loungers and umbrellas, sea towels, sitting set, table and chairs, barbecue section. There is a place to take a shower by the pool. Large Pool Dimensions: Length: 9m Width: 3.5m Depth 1.50-1.55cm

Kitchen Details   There is a modern fully equipped American type kitchen. There are dining table and chairs, oven, microwave, dinnerware as many as the number of people, toaster, pan, tea-water glasses, pots, cutlery etc..

Living Room Details Spacious and modern living room Sofa sets, TV, Air Conditioning, Washbasin and Pool section. Each room has clean sheets, bed linen and towels. Pool and garden maintenance is done by the staff every day.

Electricity, water and gas are included in the price and there is no additional charge. Your villa is delivered to you in a clean way. There is free WI-FI in our villa. Iron, ironing board, washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available in our villa.

Damage Deposit  The deposit fee of our villa is 150 pounds. After the checks made by the officers at the exit of the villa, the deposit is refunded if there is no damage.

The entrance time to our villas on the first day is 16.00 in the afternoon, and the departure time from the villa on the last day is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please comply with the entry and exit times of the villa.
