Extras: Villa Kaan 1 is delivered to our guests in a clean way. Villa cleaning is done once a week. There is air conditioning in all rooms and living room.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 750 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
