Villa Tigra

Villa Tigra, located very close to the city center of Kalkan, is very suitable for a peaceful and quiet holiday with its sea view and the nature view on the other side. With 5 bedrooms in Villa Mara, you can stay up to 10 people. It is an ideal villa for large families and groups of friends.

Kitchen : You can easily prepare your meals thanks to kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, oven, kettle, cutlery and knives in our fully and modernly decorated American kitchen.

Living Room : You can enjoy the view from the living room with the luxury and comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioner, etc., which will accompany your comfort.

2. Bedroom :  There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

3. Bedroom : There is a double bed, a closet, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : We have a pool of 16 meters x 5 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep in our villa named Villa Tigra.

Note : For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 100 pounds required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Tigra is 150 pounds. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
