Villa Melissa - Kalkan Rental Villa 

Our villa for rent is located in the center of Kalkan. It is a conservative private pool villa with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. Our villa for rent is designed for crowded families, with wonderful decorations completed in 2020. Our villa has a view of the Kalkan islands and the sea. There is a billiard table in our villa for you to spend pleasant times.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: The suite has a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, nightstand, for the family.

2. Bedroom: The suite has a double bed for the family, air conditioning, bathroom, terrace, wardrobe, vanity table.

3. Bedroom: Teen bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony.

Living Room: There is a living room with sea and nature views, a sitting group, a dining table for 6 people, satellite and TV (LCD), air conditioning, a movie theater.

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern designed American kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pans and pots, etc. kitchen equipment, dinner set for 6 people.

Pool and Garden: The villa has a private swimming pool and garden and a large sunbathing area. There are 6 sun loungers and umbrellas, a dining table for 6 people, a seating group, a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 150 pounds is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please comply with the entry and exit times of the villa.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools.
